Configure your allowance
You can choose to apply your discount to an entire category or to a specific product. Also define the amount of the reduction, the maximum quantity of tickets / allowanced items per beneficiary, the period of validity.
Allowance with variable beneficiaries, how does it work?
On the step of choosing beneficiaries, you can choose the option that automatically allocates the grant created for new beneficiaries who were not yet eligible when the allowance was created.
For example :
- new employees who join your company during the fiscal year,
- or new beneficiaries added to existing beneficiaries (birth, required age reached, etc.)
o activate this option, you must check the box 'I want this grant to be automatically distributed to eligible beneficiaries in the future'
Pay attention to your budget!
If you choose to activate this option, it means that the budget allocated to this grant is variable. We therefore advise you to monitor your budget from the dashboard and from the list of allowance created.
Refund, how does it work?
This allowance allows your beneficiaries to
be reimbursed for their expenses on request accompanied by a supporting document.
Holidays, cultural activities, sports activities ... Define the areas to which your grant will apply.

Define the amount, recurrence and validity period. Then add all the personalized information to display to your beneficiaries: details of eligible offers and refund policy.
Allowance Mixed 'Liberty', how does it work?
This allowance allows its beneficiaries to:
- spend their e-balance on HappyPal
on the Ticketing and a large selection of Culture & Hobbies cards
- be reimbursed for their expenses on request accompanied by a supporting document
or
, on cultural activities & leisure, sports or tourist travel.

Define the amount, recurrence and validity period. Then add all the personalized information to display to your beneficiaries: details of eligible offers and refund policy.
Physical gift card, how does it work?
When the Balance format (dematerialized gift card) does not seem suitable to you,
you can make a bulk order of physical multi-brand cards.
Physical gift cards are valid at 500 brands and 170 e-commerce sites. The full list of brands is available
here.
They will be delivered to you free of charge * at the billing address indicated in your company area (* in mainland France). You can then take care of distributing them to your beneficiaries.
